Description
A superb Sauvignon Blanc. Very pale yellow in colour with greenish hues at the edges. On the nose, it has great intensity. Subtle aromas of green asparagus, lemon and mandarin with tomato leaf notes and a few mineral characteristics. Its wonderful elegance does not contradict its aromatic concentration which could be due to a colder season in the zone. In the mouth the wine is very complete since it has a highly stimulating taste with a persistent natural acidity. It has a perfect balance of roundness that allows it to maintain its freshness. In general, an excellent wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
